A Training Philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness. CrossFit workouts (Wods) use a wide range of functional movements that have practical equivalents in everyday life. The training technique focuses on on getting a person as fit as she or he can be across all major physical skills including : strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination. CrossFit can benefit you no matter your goals, background or fitness level.
